Character limits depend on the selected embroidery style. Name and word styles generally allow up to 12 characters, while initial-based designs require an exact number of letters.

The product customizer enforces the correct limit before the item can be added to your cart.

The preview is designed to give you a close representation of the selected text, font, color and placement. Because every bag is individually embroidered, small differences in positioning, thread appearance and letter spacing may occur.

Screen colors can also vary slightly from the actual thread.

Custom embroidery typically adds 3–5 business days before your order is shipped. More detailed designs and high-volume holiday periods may require additional time.

Shipping time begins after embroidery is complete.

Most letters, numbers and basic punctuation are supported. Available special characters can depend on the font you choose.

Symbols, emojis and non-standard characters should only be used when they appear correctly in the personalization preview.

Because custom embroidered items are made specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind, incorrect variant selection, or customer-entered spelling mistake.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the submitted design, please contact us so we can make it right.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected information. We can usually make changes before embroidery begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please review spelling, capitalization and punctuation carefully before placing your order.
