Most personalized designs support up to 18 characters, including spaces. The exact limit may vary depending on the bag, font and placement you select.
If your text exceeds the available limit, try using a shorter name, initials or a meaningful single word.
The preview is designed to give you a close representation of the selected text, font, color and placement. Because every bag is individually embroidered, small differences in positioning, thread appearance and letter spacing may occur.
Screen colors can also vary slightly from the actual thread.
Personalization typically adds 3–5 business days before your order is shipped. More detailed designs and high-volume holiday periods may require additional time.
Shipping time begins after the personalization process is complete.
Most letters, numbers and basic punctuation are supported. Available special characters can depend on the font you choose.
Symbols, emojis and non-standard characters should only be used when they appear correctly in the personalization preview.
Because personalized items are created specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection or customer-entered spelling mistake.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from the personalization submitted with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected information. We can usually make changes before embroidery begins.
